To change your email password you will need to know your current password. If you do not know your current password you can reset in your web hosting control panel. Don’t know your webhosting username and password? Please contact support@peaksmedia.com
If you know your email password you will need to visit your webmail account in your browser:
webmail.yourdomainname.com (or .org/.info/.ca whatever your domain name extension is. Do not put www or http in front of the address)
Enter your username (your email address) & password
Once in the e-mail account, on the left hand navigation bar click on “My Account”. It will give you a drop down option. Click the “Password” link.
Enter your Old Password
Enter your New Password 2x, then click “Change Password”
